The Rennert Translation Group has established an expanding specialty business in linguistic evaluation and language services for Human Resource (HR) departments at corporations, small businesses and not-for-profit organizations.

We provide on-site linguistic evaluation of bilingual job candidates, ensuring that our client companies hire the best qualified employees for international management and service positions. Our staff translates job applications, employee handbooks and brochures, contracts, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, newsletters and other documents used by Human Resources managers.

Communicating with Bilingual Employees

Our interpreters and translators help managers communicate effectively with international employees during benefits meetings, job interviews, worker evaluations, workplace assessments and in other personnel situations. The field requires objectivity, a sense of professionalism and good communications skills. The Rennert Translation Group screens for these qualities when it hires interpreters and translators for its HR clients.

Translations are certified by affidavit upon request. All Rennert Translation Group translators sign confidentiality agreements. We also will sign client-specific confidentiality agreements.
