Many of the skills you have are applicable to children, but there are also special needs, skills and ideas that are important for teaching children.

Teaching Business is also an area of TESOL that is in high demand as the business world continues to become more globalized. This is a lucrative area that requires additional knowledge and skills.

Or you may wish to gain more practical experience to supplement your TESOL course or take a refresher course to gain some additional knowledge and skills and practical ideas for use in your classroom.

If you plan to teach children, this add-on course is invaluable. The TEYL course provides a solid foundation in the methodology behind teaching Young Learners as well as practical ideas to use in your classroom. The course aims at providing recently graduated ESOL teachers or practicing teachers with the necessary skills, confidence and ability to be able to teach Young Learners effectively.

This course can be taken as an add-on to your TESOL Certificate course or separately. Students must have a TESOL Certificate.

The Teaching Business English course covers essential issues, techniques and resources you will need to effectively teach Business English, including analyzing the specific needs of your students, creating a syllabus, teaching essential language functions, lexis and grammar, and a range of fluency activities for business English teaching. The course is designed for pre- or in-service teachers.

This course can be taken as an add-on to your TESOL Certificate course or separately. Students must have a TESOL Certificate.

In the Practicum Intensive course, you will get invaluable additional hands-on, practical teaching experience to fully prepare you for teaching your own students after the course. The course includes additional assessed practice teaching with real ESL students, along with guided lesson planning and post-teaching feedback sessions. The practicum also includes focused classroom observations of lessons at various levels.

The course is designed as an add-on to any TESOL Certificate course but can also be taken as a refresher course. Students must have a TESOL Certificate.

The English Teacher refresher course is for practicing teachers and teacher trainers who want to gain additional knowledge, and learn the latest techniques, skills and ideas for communicative language teaching. The course can be combined with intensive English study and/ or an activities schedule to enjoy New York City.

This course can be taken as an add-on to your TESOL course or separately. A TESOL Certificate is NOT required.
