2  Prices exclude English tuition. Special terms and start dates apply. Please inquire about plus English extensions. Filmmaking students should expect to spend about $450/month additionally on film and processing.
Payment, Cancellation, Changes & Refund Policy - Studies and Tuition
· All students must have paid for their program IN FULL by the FIRST day of classes or they will not be permitted to attend classes.
· No Tuition refunds will be made after classes begin regardless of reason for departure. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
· The $120 Registration Fee is not refundable but may be applied toward future registrations in the same calendar year.
· Tuition and Study Materials Fees are refundable for those who cancel 2 weeks or more before their intended start date. Rennert will make all refunds within 30 days only to the person or agency that paid the school. Students who have paid their tuition through agents must apply to that agency for a refund.
· Program changes post arrival require 4 weeks notice and are subject to a $55 program change fee.


Miscellaneous
· Students participating in English programs at Rennert must be at least 17 years of age and non-native speakers of English.
· Students will be assigned to afternoon or morning schedules based on level and space availability. There are no guaranteed morning classes.
· Prices and policies are subject to change with approval of the New York State Education Department. The binding version of the Registration Package can be found at www.rennert.com.
· This school is authorized under Federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students. César Rennert is a certified sales agent for Rennert Bilingual. He is registered with the NY State Education Department Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision and his sales license number is #11537956.

2Residence halls are closed from December 13, 2008 through January 5, 2009 for Winter Vacation. During this period we will assist you in making alternate accommodation arrangements.

Terms and Conditions - Accommodations

· Requests for living accommodations must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the start date
· Students must arrive the Sunday before classes begin and depart the Saturday following the last day of classes
· Accommodations are only available to Rennert students during their study period. Overnight guests are not permitted
· We cannot guarantee space in the first choice of accommodations
· Prices are subject to change due to availability
· Manhattan apartments cannot be confirmed until student submits a signed and completed rules acknowledgment agreement and credit card authorization form.
Cancellation, Change & Refund Policy - Accommodations
· We require 4 weeks notice to change or to cancel accommodations after arrival
· There are no refunds or changes on reservations of four weeks or less
· 1 week of accommodations will be charged to students who cancel less than 2 weeks prior to intended start date or fail to arrive on intended start date
· A fee of $75 will be charged for all accommodation cancellations or changes made after the arrival date at Rennert Bilingual
· A non-refundable $75 Accommodations Placement Fee must be included with the registration.
· Refunds will be made within 30 days, to the person or agency that paid the school. Students who have paid for their accommodations through agents must apply to that agency for a refund.
