4-Week Super-Intensive Filmmaking Workshop

Sponsored by New York Film Academy and Rennert, Filmmaking plus English is an intensive training program that combines the study of Filmmaking and American English. This super-intensive Filmmaking program begins with a Rapid Progress 30 American English program where you will improve your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills for a minimum of 4 weeks.

When you have reached a high-intermediate level of English, you will take a 4-week Filmmaking workshop at the world-renowned New York Film Academy which is structured around the production of three short films of increasing complexity. Classes and hands-on film workshops are held Monday through Thursday during the first three weeks. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are reserved for shooting your films. Evenings are spent on writing your film, choosing locations, casting and editing. The fourth week is devoted to shooting and editing the final film in the program. At the end of the course, you will have the opportunity to screen your film to the students and faculty of New York Film Academy and Rennert.
